Water-based intumescent fire resistive coating for steel structure
Water-based intumescent fire resistive coating for steel structure is applied on the surface of the building (structure) steel structure with water as a dispersing medium, expansion and foaming at high temperature, can form a fire-resistant thermal insulation protective layer to improve the fire resistance of the steel structure, the formation of fire-resistant thermal insulation protective layer of steel structure fire retardant coating.
The ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coating produced by our company has the following characteristics:
1. Excellent fire performance: the coating can expand rapidly when heated by fire, forming a solid refractory heat insulation barrier, with thin coating, high foaming rate, the formation of heat insulation bubble layer uniform and dense characteristics. Less than a millimeter of coating can expand into nearly 20 millimeters of foam insulation, and the uniform dense carbon layer increases the fire resistance of the steel structure.
2. Excellent environmental performance: the coating has the characteristics of high solid content and low VOC content, solid content up to 75%, small volatile amount of organic matter, environmental protection and safety, suitable for use in closed environments such as building rooms and ship cabins. The paint with water as the solvent, less volatile organic matter, low environmental pollution, to overcome the oil-based fireproof paint flammable and explosive, toxicity, transportation, storage and use of unsafe shortcomings, is conducive to environmental protection and production, construction personnel health and safety.
3. Excellent coating performance: The coating has the advantages of easy coating and strong adhesion while having high solid content.
4. Ultra-thin coating; reducing the load weight under the premise of ensuring the fire protection effect is of great significance in the field of aviation and aerospace, as well as in the use of ships and key parts.
5. Long service life; up to 20 years or more, the coating does not layer, does not crack, does not fall off
6. Good water resistance, traditional water-based expansion fire retardant coatings are generally not water resistant.
7. The maintenance period is short, the traditional fireproof coating maintenance period is generally about 60 days, and the maintenance period of the fireproof coating is generally within 7 days, which greatly saves the maintenance period of the coating.
