3. Installation stage: At the construction site, the construction of infrastructure needs to be completed first, such as pile foundation or foundation beam, which will support the weight and service load of the entire bridge. During the installation stage, the prefabricated modules are transported to the designated position one by one through the heavy equipment such as the crane. These modules are usually designed to allow for rapid docking, with precise positioning and connections. The connection and fixation between the modules require a high degree of accuracy to ensure the stability and safety of the bridge.

 

4. Commissioning and acceptance stage: After the installation, the final commissioning and acceptance test shall be conducted to ensure that the bridge meets the design standards and safety specifications. This stage includes checking the overall stability of the bridge, the strength of the connections, and the flatness of the bridge deck. During commissioning, some minor adjustments may be required to ensure that the bridge works properly in practical use.

In general, the construction process of the modular footbridge greatly shortens the construction time and improves the construction efficiency through the four steps of prefabrication, transportation, installation and debugging.
